## Description

The works comprise replacement and renewal of existing mechanical and electrical plant and the upgrade of existing plant items being retained\. This will also include associated architectural works in the redecoration of the basement shower room, staircases and the first floor lift lobby together with renewal of vanity units etc\. Some of the works will entail working out of hours and / or at weekends and details will be set out in documentation provided by the M&E Services Consultant\.
