Community Meals Service in Buckinghamshire

Description

The Community Meals service is viewed as important by the Council, the Customers and their Carers. The provision of meals is part of a statutory care service designed to meet the needs of older and vulnerable people living in Buckinghamshire, who have been assessed as needing support to remain in their own homes. The service enables the Customers to lead a more independent life with flexibility and choice. The contract starts 1st August 2020 to 31st July 2023 with the option to extend for a further 24 months in 2, 12 month increments
