FutureNHS Platform User Research for Public Beta

Description

Having user research expertise is absolutely essential to FutureNHS, because it will allow us to create an accessible and user-friendly service which will confidently pass the Beta service assessment and enter public beta phase. We'll then be able to speed up the migration process and provide the best support to our users based on research findings (both quantitative and qualitative). We'll also be able to keep collecting feedback from our users to provide enhancements that make collaboration as easy as possible so that duplication is avoided and best practice is shared across teams, professions, regions, and organisations.
