AHDB Governance Review

Description

AHDB require independent expertise to support and advise their Governance Review Group in achieving the following objectives: 1. To recommend to the AHDB Board a future governance structure that ensures AHDB is: a. fit for purpose, b. accountable, c. inclusive, d. transparent, e. efficient and provides value for money for levy payers f. and encourages levy payer engagement. 2. To recommend the transition programme to any new structure, including timescale, to ensure no adverse impact on delivery. 3. To provide a Board evaluation for reference in the 2021 financial statements.
