Programme Manager for the Sunderland Smart City Programme

Appoint a highly experienced Programme Manager to establish and lead the programme management office tasked initially with producing an outline pre-procurement business case for the scoping, funding and delivery of the Sunderland Smart City Project and to support the development of six Sunderland specific smart technology use cases.
