Security of Supply Regulatory Framework Audit

Description

This procurement is to ensure the regulatory framework is fit for purpose to ensure GBs energy system is adequately prepared for the coming winter, which we expect to challenge Security of Supply (SoS) arrangements given the unprecedented geopolitical context we are currently operating in (re. gas supply and costs). Security of supply is critical to GB consumers and Ofgem has statutory obligations to ensure SoS is managed effectively.
