## Description

Following Phase 1 of the water benefit project, the EA and Defra have decided to progress with a new economic study\(ies\) to update the value of water\. Per the recommendations of the first phase, this contract is for further scoping work to help inform this large-scale WTP survey\(s\) next year \(23/24\)\. This work will run concurrently to a related contract which will establish a governance framework to ensure that the water benefit update develops collaboratively with key stakeholders\.
