COVID Inquiry Support

In order to manage the FCDO's response to the Covid 19 Inquiry, external legal support is required, in particular to conduct large scale document review for disclsoures to the Inquiry. As the Covid-19 inquiry has been established as a statutory Inquiry, it has the power to request evidence from FCDO, and the FCDO is legal obliged to respond by the given deadline. This contract is a direct award using the RM6179 legal services panel, and panel pricing is at a significant discount compared to the general market.
