Extension to Existing Offices and to Construct a New Toilet Block

The Customer wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the Construction of a new two storey toilet block to the south east elevation of the existing building. The new extension must be completed prior to the internal alterations and refurbishments to create usable spaces for Derbyshire Police. Works include new below ground drainage including works and connection to the existing system.
