## Description

The Low bank is left bank of Counterdrain/ Old Bedford River\. During the annual asset inspection, seepage was observed through the Low Bank, upstream of Welney between NGRs TL5239693143 and TL5230593023 The aim of this project is to cut off the seepage path and to restore the flood defence in service condition\.
