Provision of an Integrated Assessment of the Council's Local Plan

Bury Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified consultancy to undertake an Integrated Assessment (IA) of our emerging Local Plan in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework and national guidance contained in the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). This will form an integral part of the evidence base to underpin the Local Plan and will ensure that sustainability, equality and health factors have been fully considered at each stage of the plan preparation. The procurement process will be conducted through the Council's electronic tendering portal known as the Chest www.the-chest.org.uk Full details of the requirement are contained within the quotation documents which will be made available following expressing an interest. The closing time for submitting an expression of interest is 5.00 pm on Monday 26th February 2018 The closing time for completed submissions, via The Chest, is 12 noon on Friday 2nd March 2018
