## Description

Southend-on-Sea City Council is seeking continued provision of a managed service that records, queries and reports on Attendance, and provides a Personal Education Plans \(PEPs\) and Data dashboard for Leaving Care and in education \(currently provided by Welfare Call\)\. This contract includes the option of a 12 month extension\.
