Provision of Transcription Services_2

The Research and Design Team in Social Survey Transformation Division require a transcription service to support the delivery of their work. The team designs and leads qualitative research, including but not limited to the following methods: • in-depth interviews • cognitive interviews • focus groups • usability testing • pop-up testing

Each of these methods requires audio and video recording during the testing sessions to allow the researchers to concentrate on the task in hand rather than making extensive notes in real-time. The team require a transcription service to transcribe the testing sessions.
