## Description

Delivery of a landscape review which will provide an evidence base to inform the ICO's upcoming guidance regarding data protection considerations for proactive technologies \(as defined in the Online Safety Act 2023\)\. The objective is to enable us better to understand how behaviour identification and user profiling technologies are being used for online safety purposes, how they work and how they use personal data\.
