Provision of Population Surveying Support - Social Care, Carers and General Population

Bath and North East Somerset Council is looking to procure a commercial partner to assist with the practical fieldwork for three surveys in 2021-22;

Statutory Social Care Surveys: 1. The biannual Survey of Adult Carers (SACE) in England which must be undertaken in autumn 2021, and 2. The Annual Adult Social Care Survey (ASCS) which must be undertaken in winter/spring 2021/22.

Both of these surveys are specified by NHS Digital and conducted on their behalf for the purpose of understanding the role of carers, their quality of life, impact of services on their quality of life and their general health and wellbeing.

3. The Voicebox resident's survey

As part of its ongoing commitment to public engagement and evidence gathering, Bath and North East Somerset Council has an ongoing programme of resident's consultations. The Voicebox project is a random probability sampled survey conducted annually, designed to capture residents' views on a variety of corporate and service designed issues.
