Description
PayPoint is the platform the Council currently uses to provide fuel vouchers to customers to either top up their card meters or pay their fuel bill. PayPoint have recently taken on other products which will make the delivery of our service more efficient and give customers greater choice. It is the intention of the service that PayPoint is continued to be the platform used to support customers with their energy and fuel costs. The new products being introduced by PayPoint include the ability to provide vouchers that can be redeemed in a range of outlets for customers who required clothing and essential household items.
