17/SJM/024 Film and Broadcast Equipment The University of Portsmouth Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries is replacing its existing Outside Broadcast equipment and infrastructure\. We are looking to purchase a new Tricaster 460 with Advanced Edition Bundle for education plus: Datavideo cables, various monitors, cases and TallyTec tally light systems\. We are looking for companies that can offer both the supply and any required on-going support of this equipment\. A fast turnaround time is requested as the equipment needs to be in place for a live event in June\. Please complete all documents attached\. Please complete both the ITT documents and the Section stage documents\. All supplier\`s Questionnaires will be scored and the top \(approximately 5\) suppliers will then have their tender documents scored\. This is being run as one stage, but with two parts\.
