Lean Maturity Specialist Support 2026-2028 Contract Award

Description

Lean activities support National Highways' RIS3 efficiency objectives and help develop the skills and capabilities of both National Highways and supply chain teams through the adoption of Lean tools and techniques. This provision supports continuous improvement and supply chain efficiency, while reduced consultancy reliance has lowered costs and increased focus on delivering value. National Highways has undertaken a direct award of this contract to Bourton Group via the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Low Value Purchasing System (LVPS). The award has been made in compliance with the framework terms and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
