Block Book 3 Dispersed Beds

This contract is to provide accommodation and support packages for young people aged 16 to 25 years of age who have identified support needs.

The services will be person centered delivered by a Provider who is values led and have young people at the heart of their service.

The main aims of this service are that young people safe and secure, are prepared and ready for adulthood and independence, and supported to develop resilience and the ability to make good decisions.

Services will be delivered within the Borough of Rotherham.

The initial contract term is 12 months with the option to extend by a further 12 months in any combination.
