## Description

NHS Devon \(The Commissioner\) commissioned a provider to complete Group Consultations \(GC\) in the Devon locality over several Primary Care delivery sites \(Practices within a PCN\) and Outpatient teams within secondary care delivery\. The pilot will consider remote, face-to-face, and hybrid options for implementation, with pilot providers determining which is most appropriate for their service and patients\.
