## Description

The National Physical Laboratory \(NPL\) requirement is for the electronic spectrum analyser \(ESA\) to be employed in general characterization works\. The purpose is to have a standardized measurement device that can measure the spectral contents of an electrical signal and analyse the signals for frequency, signal power, bandwidth, and harmonics\.
