Work description
North Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is inviting tenders toestablish a contract for the provision of a Carers Service. The Service to be provided will be for Carers of children and young people with disabilities aged 0 - 25 years and Carers of adults aged 18 years and over whom reside in North Lincolnshire.
