## Description

The appointment of an independent and impartial individual and/or an organisation \(the 'Supplier'\) that will be a catalyst for action, enabling better opportunities for Black African/British/Caribbean communities in the long-term\. If an organisation is commissioned, we require a designated lead individual to take part in media activities and high-profile events\. We welcome joint bids \(whether they be from organisations or from an individual and an organisation\)\. The programme will address issues, risks, and opportunities: - Internally: within workforce practices, processes, and culture - Externally: in the interaction between Council services and local Black communities Further information on the requirement is available in the procurement documents that are available to download from the YORtender system \(www\.yortender\.co\.uk\)
