Tar Macadam Materials (Asphalt) supply

Description

The Framework Agreement is for the provision of Tar-Macadam Materials/ Asphalt Materials for the use of proactive and reactive maintenance of the highway network within the City of Stoke-on-Trent on a delivery and collection basis.It will cover the collection of Asphalt material Lot1- North area and Lot2 - Central /South area ) from the Supplier's Depot and also the delivery of Asphalt material (Lot3) by the Supplier to the Council. It is intended to place up to 2 companies onto each Lot. The tender Lots will be evaluated on price . We will operate a priority ranking for Lot1 and Lot2 that collections will be made at the nearest depots within the North and Central/South areas respectively to the work being carried out at the time. Therefore we will rank the Lot 1 and Lot 2 providers by locality of the collection point and for Lot 3 the ranking will be on price and availability at the time that order for delivered materials is required.
