\\ ESNEFT \(East Suffolk North Essex NHS Foundation Trust\) want to offer our senior people the best opportunity to develop as leaders\. Based on our values of Optimism, Appreciation and Kindness, we would like our leaders to build a toolkit of knowledge, skills, and behaviours that will set them, their teams and our organisation up for success\. \\ Currently, there is no comprehensive leadership programme at our senior level\. While there is a great deal of leadership and management training and development available there is little that is contextualised to East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust \(ESNEFT\)\. \\ We require a leadership training provider to design and deliver a bespoke, high calibre leadership programme for 350-400 senior leaders, which reflects the needs of ESNEFT, based on our organisational research\.
