## Description

OX Place is undertaking this procurement process to secure up to 6 \(as a maximum\) suppliers to provide Sales Agency Services for its 'New Homes' development programme\. This flexibility is required due to the potential volume of workload generated as the new homes programme is rolled out, and by virtue of the range of different housing scheme characteristics and locations involved\.
