Description

This contract delivers a framework for hiring managers across DHSC to procure contingent labour quickly and easily within an agreed framework. Contingent labour is non-Civil Service temporary labour - contractors, agency workers and temps - that there is a need to use as per business need and to ensure continued delivery of key priorities across the department. This can supplement other resourcing supply routes, as appropriate to secure short term resource and/or specific skills that the department does not currently have or does not have a long term requirement to develop in house
