Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the supply of Regulation 44 Visits The successful organisation will provide an independent Regulation 44 inspection of the Council's Residential Children's Homes with the aim of keeping Children and young people safe and ensuring their voice is heard and acted upon. Initially the contract will involve Regulation 44 visits to 2 Local Authority Children's Residential Homes producing reports for each home per month with an intention to open further homes during the period of the contract.
