## Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon \(Hillingdon\) is seeking to appoint a Contractor to deliver a new All Weather Pitch and associated works to Vyners High School, UB10 8AB\. Subject to ratification by the Mayor of London and Secretary of State, planning permission \(ref: 4514/APP/2017/1771\) was recently approved by the Local Planning Authority for the expansion of Vyners School in Ickenham\. Ahead of the expansion works proposed to the buildings, a new all-weather pitch required to be built upon part of the school's playing field\. The proposed pitch is to be approximately 105 x 63m with a sand-dressed surface and a permanent fence to 3 sides and retractable netting to the remaining side \(102m\)\. In addition in to new AWP, 2 No\. new cricket strips are also required as per the drawings included\. There are also some associated drainage and external works to be carried out including steps, pathways and planting\.
