Heights Leisure Centre Electrical Works

Description

upgrade of the electrical incoming supply, replacement swimming pool switchgear and air source heat pump installation at The Heights Leisure Centre, The Broadway, Sandown, Isle of Wight. The principal new Air Source Heat Pump Plant (Supplied under separate works package) will be located on a new external deck structure constructed over the existing external chemical store building. This structure and principal overhead external pipe & cable supports are not included in this package of work and are being supplied by others. The term of the contract shall be based on providers best endeavours with an expected commencement date of October 2021 and completion by end of February 2022.
