ESPH CN WDC Streatfeild House, Uckfield New Build Council Housing (ESPH552 JB) - AWARD

Wealden District Council ('the Council') are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to act as Principal Contractor in the design and construction (RIBA stages 4 - 7) of new affordable housing, including demolition, external works and drainage at the Streatfeild House Uckfield site.

The Streatfeild House site consists of a large two storey building consisting of 43 flats, communal lounge and office plus outbuildings with hard & soft landscaped areas. The building is empty and secured. The building was built in the late 1970s
