## Description

Wealden District Council \('the Council'\) are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to act as Principal Contractor in the design and construction \(RIBA stages 4 - 7\) of new affordable housing, including demolition, external works and drainage at the Streatfeild House Uckfield site\. The Streatfeild House site consists of a large two storey building consisting of 43 flats, communal lounge and office plus outbuildings with hard & soft landscaped areas\.
