## Description

Following the relocation of CRIC from Level 4 of Royal Brompton Hospital \(RBH\) to St Thomas' Hospital, the Trust is seeking to explore options for the future use of the vacated space, which comprises approximately 1,600 m²\. The feasibility study will assess options for repurposing the space, including its potential use as a theatre suite, adult inpatient wards, or a combination of uses\. This was awarded through the NHS SBS framework, Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services \(HPCCAS\), SBS10190
