## Description

Halton Housing is inviting tenders to undertake a mixture of type 1, type 3 and type 4 fire risk assessments \(FRA's\) for the financial years 2025-2027 with the potential to extend for a further 1 plus 1 year, for all of its properties that require a fire risk assessment \(3\+1\+1\)\.
