Educational Psychology Psychological Advice (EHCNA) delivery service

Timely and high-quality, person-centred Educational Psychology statutory psychological advice as part of a statutory Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA). The EHCNA to be delivered within 4 weeks. Lot 1: EHCNA + Quality Assurance + project management Lot 2: EHCNA + project management We intend to award a maximum of 3 contracts across the two lots to have a maximum of three contractors in total. The volume of EHCNA is not guaranteed however we estimate that in the region of 500 EHCNAs a year will be delivered in total from the three contracts.

Interested parties are invited to express their interest in order to gain full access to the tender documentation. Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT. The advertised value here is £5,000,000 exclusive of VAT for the total of all threes contracts. The deadline date for submissions of the tender is Thursday 21st September at 12 noon. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted.
