## Description

The aim of this Statement of Work is to engage a PR agency who will build on the solid foundation we have established over the last twelve months, and make a significant step change to further improve unprompted awareness of Teaching Vacancies with teachers, schools and stakeholders to create the behaviour change we are seeking: teachers to look for jobs on TV and schools to post on TV\.
