Work description
Middlesbrough Council is the Administering Authority for the Teesside Pension Fund (the Fund). This is a Local Government Occupational Pension Scheme, which is largely managed in house by the Loans & Investments Section of Middlesbrough Council. For more information about the Fund please refer to (www.teespen.org). Middlesbrough Council is seeking tenders for a UK Shareholder Governance Service Provider for a period of 2 years plus an option to extend for one further year from 1st October 2016. The range of investments to cover will be stocks the Fund invests in that are constituents of the FTSE All Share plus up to 30 other quoted stocks (domiciled in UK including the Channel Islands) that the Fund may hold at any given time
