Employers Agent/Quantity Surveyor - Portman Road MSCP - AWARD

The Council is seeking innovative, exemplar and practical designs for this important location (near to the Ipswich Railway Station and Ipswich Town Football Club), ensuring that the external aesthetic is both challenging and modern.

The Council's preference is to build on a vertical circulation format with an open plan design and minimal columns obstructing the parking bays.
