Variable Message Signs

Thanet District Council is seeking to procure the purchase of 4 variable message sign boards to be utilised in hotspot areas around the district. The council also requests to be included in the purchase of additional maintenance and the communications link to the boards.

The Contract is anticipated to commence 1st November 2021 with delivery achieved before Midday 30th November 2021 and continuing for a duration of 5 years.

The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document.

Completed quotation/tender documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 26th October 2021
