Land and Property Valuations

Land and property valuations for North Kesteven District Council. To provide off plan market valuations of house types.

• To undertake site visits and provide market valuations of newly constructed house types.

• To provide valuations of Council owned properties or properties this Council is interested in purchasing.

• To provide valuations of Council owned land or land this Council is interested in purchasing.

• To provide additional services such as negotiating with third parties to secure agreement on the valuation of land and buildings.

• To provide property rebuild costs on new property additions to the Council housing stock, for insurance purposes.
