Multispecialty Contract Provider (MCP) Programme - Consultancy Support

The requirement for this project is to procure short-term external specialist consultancy support to work alongside the MCP Intensive Team. The objective is to develop, deliver and assist in building internal expertise for the Multi-speciality Contract Provider (MCP) programme during 2016/17. The specific work which will be supported by the specialist consultancy is the policy development and operationalisation of this policy required to enable sites to go live with the MCP Contract from April 2017. This work programme stems from a public announcement made by the Prime Minister to introduce a new Voluntary MCP contract
