## Description

SCDC is letting a Small Works Framework Contract \(SWFC\) that will comprise of several construction companies appointed to a below WTO threshold Framework Contract\. This is compliant with the Public Contract Regulation 2015 \(PCR2015\)\. Whilst this is a contract to set-up a framework with SCDC, Parish Councils located within SCDC's district shall be entitled to use the contract at their discretion\.
