## Description

This work is to support NHSE&I's understanding of the impact of online consultation systems by undertaking a quantitive analysis evaluation in a sample of practices\. The evaluation will provide in depth understanding on what type and level of impact the service is having for both practices and patients and how they can have their needs met\.
