LPS - Learning Disability Residential Short Breaks Service In The South Ribble or Chorley District - RFQ 13431314

The service will enable carers of adults with a learning disability to have periods of planned respite from their caring role and where necessary, will enable emergency placements for people in crisis to avoid out of area placements.
