Design and construction of 31 new homes across 2 sites as follows:

Netherfield Court - 19 units (14 x 3 bed semi-detached, 4 x 4 bed semi-detached and 1 x 4 bed detached) York Road - 12 units (2 x 2 bed semi-detached, 6 x 3 bed semi-detached and 4 x 2 bed flats)

Stage 1 PCSA awarded, option to extend into build stage for a further 51 weeks. Call-off by direct selection via Efficiency North New Build Framework.
