## Description

The Authority is seeking proposals from Contractors to refurbish Kennington All Weather Pitch\. Lot 1 consists of the removal, disposal and full resurfacing of the turf as well as a number of additional works that the Authority will reserve the right to instruct the Contractor to complete if required\. Lot 2 consists of the upgrade to the lighting at both the all weather pitch and tennis courts\.
