## Description

Public Health England \(PHE\), also referred to as the 'Authority', is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the works as stated below at CRCE Chilton, Didcot, Oxon, OX11 0RQ\. The proposed work includes; Alterations to convert 3 office rooms into one large room\. Work to include the following: - Furniture removal and re-instatement\. - Removal of walls between G2\.09 & 10; and G2\.10 & 10A\. - Infilling doorway to G2\.09\. - Replacement of suspended ceiling with new\. - Replacement of lighting\. - Replacement of carpet with new\. - Replacement of small power and data for up to 6 staff\. - Remove covers to radiators in G2\.10 & 10A\. - Plaster repairs\. - Full redecoration\. - Replacement of window blinds\. - Tender Submission by 14:00pm Wednesday 10 October\. - Tender visits week commencing 24 September \(2nd week of tender\)\. - Project completion Friday 21 December\. A Site Visit is Mandatory for this tender; failure to attend will result in Automatic Rejection\.
