O0249 Measured Term Contract for Building Works at University Hospital Lewisham and Community Sites - Two Year Term with Option for 2 Year Extension

Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor for a Measured Term Contract (MTC) for building works at University Hospital Lewisham and Community Sites. The works will be carried out in and as and when they are required up to the value of £2,500,000 (two and a half million pounds) per annum for a 2-year contractual period with an option for a 2-year extension.
