HDC Hills Farm Cemetery Lodge Decarbonisation & Refurbishment Works - AWARD

Description

Horsham District Council (The Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of works to decarbonise and refurbish Hills Cemetery Lodge as set out in these documents. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the works is scheduled to start October 2023. The works are expected to last three months, with a 1 year snagging period following satisfactory completion. The Council is procuring this contract following an quotation process in line with the Council's Procurement Code. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. The contract will be the standard JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016, modified. Please refer to Document 4 for more details.
