BT1669 - Further Competition from CCS RM6200 DPS Stage 1 - App development & wrap around website for Family Hubs in Luton

Luton Borough Council is looking to engage qualified organisations to quote for Digital Solutions via the CCS framework. The aim of Family Hubs is to support families to nurture their babies and children and improve family health and education through a family support hub. It also intends to make support for families more accessible, help them feel better connected and be more relationship centered.

We require an AI app that is easy to use for our families in Luton where English may not be their first language. This App must fill the user with confidence and be credible in order for families to use it.
